Choice of Champagne

Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut NV Champagne, 75cl 12%

The flagship product for the Bollinger house. A blend of 3 different grapes types,  Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. An elegant Champagne with a wonderful combination of velvety bubbles and flavours of pear, brioche, spice and fresh walnuts.

Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne, 75cl 12.5%

A blend of  Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wines from over 35 different vineyards and vintages matured to perfection. The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey.

Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut Champagne,  75cl 12%

The body of Pinot Noir, the suppleness of Pinot Meunier, and the finesse of Chardonnay.  An elegant colour and a sparkling bouquet with the vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit, the freshness of white flowers and the elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts).   A generous palate combining sumptuousness and subtlety.  The delicious sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple), and the alluring caress of fine bubbles with the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and tastes of gooseberry.

Veuve Clicquot 75cl  12%

The Champagne presents a fine balance between fruity aromas and more subtle toasty notes. Initial flavours of white fruits and raisins develop into notes of brioche and vanilla with bottle aging.

Lanson Black Label 75cl  12.5%

Hints of spring flowers with a touch of toast and honey. This is followed by strong fruit and balancing citrus flavours.

Canard-Duchene Brut Champagne 75cl 12%

Deliciously briochey with a real richness of flavour. Think ripe red apples, chamomile and a citrusy zing.
