A dense, heavily-sherried dram from a distillery now producing again after a six-year layoff.  Deep amber red in colour. Notes of sweet, creamy vanilla and hints of ginger. A malt best suited to after-dinner sipping.

Smooth, softly aromatic flavoured single malt with heather-honey sweetness and delicate spice.  Winner of the San Francisco World Spirits Competition Gold 2016.

Highland Park 12 Year Old. Viking Honour Single Scotch Whisky 70cl 40%

Predominantly aged in sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, this 12 Year Old boasts warm wintery spices that are engulfed in waves of smoky honey, fruitcake and heather. Recognised at a number of a awards to name a few Gold at International Spirits Challenge 2020, Gold at The Scotch Whisky Masters 2020 and Gold at The Scotch Whisky Masters 2019.

Jura Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Aged 10 Years 70cl 40%

Matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels with an aged Oloroso Sherry cask finish.  The whisky for the modern drinker with its smooth smoky sherry sweetness. Copper gold in colour. Aromas of fruit, cracked pepper and dark chocolate and tastes of nectarines, ginger and freshly ground coffee.

Premium whisky that goes against the grain. Each bottle of Maker’s Mark bourbon whisky is hand-dipped in our signature red wax making each one unique. The recipe uses soft red winter wheat resulting in a lighter tasting, premium bourbon whisky with caramel and vanilla notes that’s perfect for mixing.
