Producing a delicious selection of cured and smoked meats from their farm in the Hertfordshire countryside, The Greek Farmer uses traditional smoking methods and authentic spices to create their mouth watering morsels that will be pride of place on any charcuterie board. Using British free range Blythburgh pork, Spiced in black pepper and oak smoked, the bathing process allows the meat to take on the Troodos Mountains red wine notes giving it a lovely deep flavour.
